What size to buy?1 answer
I am 165 cm tall and a side sleeper. I am wondering whether that equates to a regular or a small mat. Many thanks
Kate - Woolgoolga(4 years ago)
G'day Kate,
The small version isn't a full-length mat, so at 119cm will just cover your shoulder to knee. The regular length is 183cm long so we'd suggest going for that if you're after a full-length version.

Thermarest Prolite or Prolite plus for 3 week hike1 answer
My son is going on 3 week expedition from Mt Hotham to Mt Kosciosko in early November. Which one of these would be better for this outdoor expedition, keeping in mind his outdoor sleeping environments and locations, medium size kid (5'4) and comfort (he's more a side sleeper), and ease of assembling/disassembling and pack light.
Mack - Malvern East(5 years ago)
G'day Mack,
It's always a trade-off with weight versus comfort levels! I'd suggest the Prolite Plus as your son is a side sleeper so will probably need the extra padding, plus it would add extra warmth for his comfort. This does add a few extra grams to his pack weight but I'm sure he'll think its worth it!

Length of mat? 1 answer
Is the quoted length correct? 119cm seems very short!
Rebecca - Croydon North (5 years ago)
G'day Rebecca,
There are 3 sizes options for the Prolite Plus Sleeping Mat. The small is 119cm, Regular is 183cm and Large 196cm long. You might have had the small size selected, so just select the size from the drop-down menu and all of the specifications for the selected size will be displayed.
