Gas fitting1 answer
Hi Where abouts on the stove is the gas connector? I cannot see from the illustration / pictures.
Richard - Wamuran, QLD (2 years ago)
G'day Richard,
Facing the stove it's on the rear right hand corner. If you are looking at our gear on a PC or landscape on an ipad, the second 'image' we have on the product page is actually a 360-degree video of the stove, which you can control the speed off. You should be able to rotate the stove to see the gas connection. Hope that helps!

Connection to camper bayonet fitting1 answer
will this fit to an external low pressure gas bayonet fitting for outdoor cooking? Thanks
Suzanne - Ermington, NSW (2 years ago)
G'day Suzanne,
No, unfortunately. According to current Australian Gas Association guidelines, camping stoves cannot be connected to a bayonet fitting unless they are manufactured with bayonet connections.

Gas cable length1 answer
Any idea how long the gas cable length is?
Raf - Perth, WA(2 years ago)
G'day Raf,
This comes with a '120cm hose', which has a total length of 136cm (end to end including fittings and regulator). Hope that helps.

1.25kg Companion Gas Bottle1 answer
Would this be alright to use with the companion 1.25kg gas bottle, and how should the gas be transported to the campsite? Thanks!
Elaine - Cardiff, NSW (3 years ago)
G'day Elaine,
These come with a hose to use with POL gas bottle, eg the 'swap & go' style. If you want to use with a smaller 3/8th BSP bottle you'll need the correct adaptor. For more information on managing and carrying gas whilst camping, check out our podcast here.

Use with the Coleman/Bom gas containers1 answer
Can you please let me know if these stoves can be used, via an adaptor, with the Coleman/BOM fitting gas cannisters?
Romy - Lara, VIC(3 years ago)
G'day Romy,
No, I don't think they can. The regulated hose that comes with these stoves has a POL fitting, which means you would need to find a POL to BOM/UNEF adapter which I've not seen before & didn't have much luck googling. I think your best bet would be to contact a local gas specialist like BOC for further advice.
