Yes. As a standard solar panels are designed to be used in the elements, so they are essentially waterproof, designed specifically to protect any sensitive components from water damage.

How long to charge battery1 answer
How long would a 120W solar Panel take to charge dometic c/power raps44 power pack? Ta
Judith - Avondale(4 years ago)
G'day Judith,
It would be worth having a look at this blog about portable and solar power, there are some things to take into account, but in general, the 120W solar panel will be able to generate a maximum of 6.63Amps per hour in ideal conditions, so the 120W panel will take approximately 7 or more hours to fully charge the battery if there is nothing plugged into it.

Does it charge mobile phone 1 answer
Does it have USB ports on panel?
Diana Wilde - Wentworth Falls(6 years ago)
G'day Diana,
I've just double checked this for you, and the Dometic Portable 120W Solar Panel doesn't have a USB port. It's designed to charge a 12V battery, which you would then use to charge your other smaller devices.
The Nomad 7 Plus and Nomad 14 Plus from Goal Zero can directly charge a phone or other smaller electronic devices, so it may be worth checking those out instead, Diana.

I have 130AH deep cycle battery with portable battery box, which runs our Bushman 52L fridge/ freezer, so can I use the 120W portable solar to recharge the battery box?

G'day Raju,
The Dometic Portable 120W Solar Panel has both alligator clips and an Anderson plug, so as long as your battery box allows you to connect via one of those two methods, then you'll have no worries using these panels to charge your battery.
