Wine drinkers rejoice! The PlatyPreserve Bottle provides the icing on the cake for that stunning al fresco meal by ensuring your red or white wine is preserved in a lightweight, airtight, oxygen-free environment.
Just pour your wine (or any other beverage) into the PlatyPreserve, squeeze out all the air, seal it with the air-tight cap and it’ll keep for days, or even weeks! The durable construction means you can carry it in your pack, secure in the knowledge that it will not leak, while the food grade lining is 100% taste free. Pouring is a breeze thanks to the angled spout and once you’re finished with it, the bottle collapses down flat for easy storage.
Whether you’re heading to a concert, going camping, or tackling your favourite trail - the PlatyPreserve Bottle from Platypus will keep your wine safe and sound for your adventure.
Yes, according to google the kind of plastic used in this platypus Wine bladder is suitable for up to 100% ethanol. General consensus though is that it's better for short-term storage, and you wouldn't want to keep it in there for more than 6months. Hope that helps!

How durable is the material?1 answer
We had something similar a while back, but the soft shell compressed and pinched and made a hole and subsequently leaked. How durable are these as super keen to try, but don't want the leak!

G'day Zoe,
We can only really defer to other customers feedback here, and this bottle - plus a load of other Platypus bottles - have been receiving nothing but 5 star reviews for years. I feel pretty confident that these will do the trick.
