I've just had a play with one of these to double-check for you. The lid-sip-it can be used on the pot as a lid and strainer, it then inverts and fits on the mug as a sip lid.
Hi team, does this set have measuring guides for liquids? Needed for instant camping meals where the water is specific

The GSI Pinnacle Ultralite Soloist Cookset does have increments of 250ml on the inside of the pot.
You could take a look at the Sea to Summit X Cup as a light and easily packable measuring cup option.
Dehydrating hiking meals isn't an exact science though, so don't be too stressed if you're not able to measure down to the ml.
