Just to confirm, can wall B be unzipped in the middle? Allowing half to be raised with poles as an extension, and the other half pegged to the ground as normal.

No, it won't. The Peregrine Awning is a drivers side only awning. Sounds like you have the Falcon Awning, and therefore require the Falcon walls.
