The Go Travel Passport Pouch isn't RFID protected, no. If you wanted a protected pouch, then I'd suggest either Pacsafe's V75 or X75 pouches. Alternatively, you can just buy an RFID Sleeve for your passport.

Great point, the dimensions shown are when the pouch is packed away, which isn't too useful for needing to use it! I've just measured a Go Travel Passport Pouch for you and can confirm that it's 19cm high by 14.5 cm wide.
