Unfortunately yes, I think your 50L Osprey pack is probably going to drown in this. I have one of these for a 60L Deuter pack and its too big for that. Unfortunately, Black Wolf no longer make the smaller version of the overall. At this stage, we don't have any pack covers that will be small enough for your pack.

Yes, the zipper on the Overall 65-90L cover just runs around the top of the bag. You just feed your pack in, zip it shut, pop a padlock on and you're good to go.

The smallest pack down size for the Black Wolf Overall 65-90L is 14cm in length and 13 cm in width and height. The weight of the overall is 0.65kg

Thanks for getting in touch, the Overall 65-90L is the only size that we've got. They are just one size though, so they're not able to be made smaller with any adjustable straps. However, you shouldn't need one of these for a Helion 60, these have a zip away cover for the harness so you can pop them on a plane/bus/train etc. The Overall is generally designed to put hiking packs in that don't have the zip away feature.

I've stuffed one of the Black Wolf Overall 65-90L Bags on our shop floor with some paper and plastic to measure it when full. It measured at about 90 x 50 x 36cm.

I've just checked with the info provided by the brand, and it doesn't mention if this pack is waterproof. We think it may offer some protection in a light drizzle, but as this bag is designed to protect your travel pack when in transit, it doesn't have specific waterproofing properties.

If you mean the two sizes available, Black Wolf makes an overall in 50-65 and also in 65-90.  We only stock the 65-90.

If you were referring to these two numbers, this just means that this Overall fits packs within the 65 litre to 90 litre capacity range.
