Hello! Is the inside of the lid flat? And does he top handle/hook on the lid extend above the lid lip? (or does it lie flat upside down?) Thanks

I've checked on our stock and the inside of the lid is actually a griddle/grill type pattern. The hook on the top of the lid does extend above the lip of the lid so it wouldn't lie flat however it does sit nicely upside down on the camp oven meaning you could potentially use it for a frying pan!
