I have a 4x inch Suspension lift on a 80 series LC with 35 inch MT Tyres & Im wondering if these walls will be too short or not?

It depends how high you have mounted your Osprey awning? The walls themselves have a 2.2m height, so if your awning is mounted higher than that, they'll be too short.
