The Companion Active Hiking Mantle should do the trick with the Observer Gas Lamp. We've not been able to give it a whirl ourselves but based on customer feedback these should be a good fit.

do you stock the replacement mantles for this product? "small dual tie". I've looked at the primus and gasmate ones and they don't seem to come in small size with 2 openings.

It's always better to be safe than sorry! The Kovea Observer Gas Lamp does come with a plastic case that protects it when not in use.
