Marmot for some reason don't supply dimensions for this pillow sorry Elly. We have it on our list to follow up on once we have one in our hands (this is a new product for us), but the social distancing guidelines at the moment are making it harder for us to visit our warehouse to measure up products like this.
While I can't give you exact dimensions right now, I can say that I'm pretty confident it will fit inside the hoods of most sleeping bags, hence the tapered shape, and we will add the dimensions to our web page as soon as we can access the product.
