Effectively making it one large fridge if the freezer compartment is not required?

G'day Tom,

Unfortunately, the freezer side of the Engel MT60FCP 60L Combi Fridge is set to permanently be a freezer. If you put it on it's warmest setting and put something like beer, which can be cooled below 0 degrees, then you might get away with using it as a fridge as well, but it's not its intended purpose.

Hello, I was wondering what the main difference between the Engel MT60FP 60L Fridge and MT60FCP 60L Combi Fridge is? They both seem to show that they have a fridge and a freezer? But the Combi version has more freezer space? Is that the difference?

G’day Will,

I’ve just checked this out for you, and it looks like the Engel MT60FP 60L can be used either just as a fridge or just as a freezer, whereas the MT60FCP 60L Combi has both a 32L Fridge and a 25L Freezer capacity.

I hope this cleared things up for you, but let us know if you have any more queries Will.
