Is it too warm on not so cold nights1 answer
Say for nights over 2 degrees? Or is there a liner you can remove?
Joe - Perth(4 years ago)
G'day Joe,
Its hard to say if the Oztrail Mountain View Hooded Sleeping Bag would be too warm for you, as everyone's bodies are different. If you consider yourself a hot sleeper you may not want to run it as a fully zipped up bag, instead, opening it out like a doona.

Temperature and Washing1 answer
Hi, would this bag be good for nights where the temperature is around 2 degrees? Also, can it be chucked in the wash normally? Thanks!
S - Sydney(5 years ago)
G'day S,
The Mountain View Hooded Sleeping Bag from OZtrail is rated to -0'C so we'd say it should be ok. Everyone operates at a different temperature though so it might be worth packing a liner during colder times, it will also be helpful to sleep on a well-insulated mat. Oztrail suggests hand washing your sleeping bag in warm water with mild detergent, but you could machine wash the bag on a hand wash/gentle cycle in a washing machine.
