With 250 lumens of light, and the ability to charge handheld devices – the Moji Charging Station from Black Diamond is the multi-tasker your outdoor setup needs.
The singular QuadPower LED provides 250 lumens on the maximum setting, and the frosted globe produces bright yet ambient lighting. This simple design has multi-power charging capabilities, so it has a rechargeable sealed lithium-ion battery, is compatible with standard AA alkaline batteries or it can be used directly with AC with a separately available adaptor. Hang it up in your tent or in a tree for overhead illumination by the collapsible double-hook loop, and adjust the brightness with the dimming switch.
This unit also charges out through its USB port for adding juice to your phone, camera or other small handheld electronic devices when you’re out in the field. Experience portable power and lighting when you head off the grid, with the clever Moji Charging Station from Black Diamond.

This lantern doesn't seem to have great reviews for recharging, yet it seems good in other ways. Have you used it and does it work to recharge a phone?

G'day Alice,
The built-in lithium battery is 5,200mAh capacity, and your usual phone will need about 4,500mAh. This unit is designed to give top-up charges to devices, not repeatedly charge a phone like a 12v power source. If you are planning to use it as a lantern on a camping trip, and don't have alternative power, you'll probably get a 50% phone charge and full trip use of the lantern.

G'day Ruben,
The Moji lantern has a fairly neutral white light, leaning more to the warmer side.
