No pump is an exact fit for the Zempire Monstamat Valve. You can use something like this or the Coleman Quickpump Rechargeable 12V/240V to help deflate the mattress you will just have to hold it up to the valve. We don't recommend storing a self-inflating mattress packed up in your RTT as it can cause bonding issues which isn't covered under warranty.

The Microcell pump doesn't have the strength to inflate air tents to their required PSI unfortunately!

You shouldn't have any issues using this with the Monstamats.  The nozzle doesn't lock in because the mattress has a one-way valve so it doesn't need to, you just hold the pump up to the mattress port and it will inflate.
We don't have the specifics on run time, but you shouldn't have any issues at all pumping 4 mats.  Just be mindful not to over-inflate, as it can put a strain on the bonding between the mattress fabric and internal foam.  If there's too much pressure it separates, you'll have an irrepairable large balloon/egg on the mattress.
