Adam - USA(4 years ago)
G'day Adam,
The battery is charged via USB, and takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge. As far as we know you can't overcharge the battery.

Is this correct 600 lm mode only works during 1 mins1 answer
600 lm mode only works during 1 mins after that light decrease to 250 lm mode or less ? I ordered for my husband today 5/10/2020 . If it’s true can I change to another head torch? He want a high lumen and long hours. Thank you
Wannarat - Hoppers crossing (4 years ago)
Hey, thanks for your question!
I myself actually have this headlamp and you're onto a winner here! We've actually got three of the same torch in the family...
As far as the 1minute decrease, having used this myself this is something I haven't noticed. As specified on the LED Lenser site the management features are:
Full control over your power status Low Battery Warning - it warns you when the battery is low Charge Indicator - it shows the current charge status of the battery
I've never noticed it drop on its own other than at low battery and can't find any mention of it on their website either. The review left on our page could have been due to low battery.
All in all, your husband, I assume, will be stoked!

Can a spare battery be purchased for the unit at point of sale1 answer
I am considering purchasing the MH10 but require more than one battery to be used for Rogaining
Michael Baxter - Girrawheen West Australia(5 years ago)
G'day Micahel,
The MH10 battery is a 18650 Li-Ion battery so you could grab yourself one of those and keep it charged up and switch over when needed. We sell one that Nitecore make here in our store, we could add to an order if you give us a buzz as soon as you place your order. Give us a call if you need clarification.
