Yes the Melamine Stackable Mugs are a great option to use for hot drinks. Our only advice would be to avoid large temperature differentials, so if it's super dooper cold outside maybe warm them up a little before pouring boiling water into them.

I've just double checked and the Melamine Stackable Mugs don't have any information regarding dishwashing. They explicitly state that you cannot microwave them, so we'd probably apply the same to the dishwasher just to be safe.
