All of the testing for UV ratings, waterproof ratings etc. are done by the manufacturers. As the retailer, unfortunately, we're not able to hold much sway when it comes to testing. We can certainly ask the question for you though!

The Shadee Max Moana Shade doesn't have an official UV rating, no. From the experience of our staff here who have used them, they're pretty good at blocking out the sun but we don't have any official testing to confirm one way or the other. 

Thanks for your feedback, Jeff. Despite them not having a claimed UV rating we sell a lot of these shelters. Do you have any further information? Did you get sunburnt sitting under the shade? We'd be interested to know how your experience stacks up against other users.

The Shadee MaxMoana Beach Shades are released as a seasonal product, so we get our hands on as many as we can each year. Unfortunately, for now, we've only got them in the blue.
