Sidewalls 1 answer
Do you have the green sidewalls to fit the 240?
ruben - North Sydney (4 years ago)
G'day Ruben,
Unfortunately not, the range has been discontinued, so we're no longer able to get our hands on them.

Door panel1 answer
Does the awning double as the solid layer door panel? Or is there a solid (none mesh) door on the inner layer. This can you have the awning up and have a non-mesh panel on the door?
Matylda - Greenwich(4 years ago)
G'day Matylda,
The front door is a dual-layer door with an internal solid privacy screen. The awning is designed to always be set up as pictured and doesn't double as a door.

Can the mesh roof panels be closed off on this model?1 answer
Can the mesh roof panels be closed off on this model as opposed to the Tourer and Cruiser models which cannot. Was looking at a Tourer model however have concerns of heat escaping through roof during colder months.
Steve - Melbourne (4 years ago)
G'day Steve,
There are dual-layer mesh and solid panels in the roof of the Lodge 240 so you can close up the mesh during the colder months.

Do you sell the side and front panels? Would the panels for the fast frame 240 fit. I know it would be a different colour.1 answer
Are the side panels interchangeable from left to right?
David - North Lakes Qld.(5 years ago)
G'day David,
The Fast Frame Panels are the only ones currently available, and OzTrail have advised they will fit the LED Lodge series. Just be sure the select the size panels that correspond with your size model tent. Also, the side panels are interchangeable. Hope that helps.

Oztrail or Coleman?1 answer
How does this compare with the Coleman Gold with very similar specs & same price? Is this a "heavier" grade wall material than Coleman? Which is better value for $ - both seem pretty good.
george - Bulahdelah(5 years ago)
This is a tough one to answer sorry, George.
The Oztrail Lodge tents are new to us, and so far, apart from the obvious differences in the awnings and vestibules, they are very comparable, right down to the fabrics.
The benefit Coleman has is that we have a history of knowing the reliability of the tents, and common issues have been ironed out over time.
That's about all the advice I can honestly give you, I hope it helps.

Can this tent be erected by one person?1 answer
This one person is a162cm not particularly fit or strong person.
Jenny - Nambucca Heads(5 years ago)
G'day Jenny,
Yes, with a bit of practice one person can erect the Lodge 240 Tourer Tent. The overall height will mean that getting the fly up and over the top might be a little tricky, but it is definitely possible and has been done by a few of our staff who are shorter that this.
