Yes mate, it sure will :)  The folded (packed) dimensions for All-In-One Knife are 2.9L x 3.4W x 2.2H cm and with the Sheath measuring 10.3L x 5W x 3H cm, it'll fit without a worry.  Cheers!

Unfortunately, the Leatherman Skeletool is a touch too long for the Victorinox Leather Sheath - 5-8 Layer Rotating Clip and the fit will be very tight.

Once adding the Leatherman Tool Bit Kit, there also won't be room to fit both multi-tool and tool bits into the sheath.
