Zempire have confirmed the battery specs in this lantern are:
3.7V – 4000 mAh lithium-ion

This lantern can be used whilst charging however it would probably draw a lot of power so would take a very long to actually charge fully.

I've just double checked and the Luke LED Lantern comes with a charge cable you can plug into a USB port.

I've just had a quick look at the Zempire Luken LED Lantern for you. Given that it weighs less than 500g, I would say you won't have any issues with it being too heavy for your lantern hook on the Neo 6. Keep in mind that there isn't a clip on the Luken Lantern, so you might need to invest in a carabiner.

Most people when it comes to inflating their mats will just run the pump off their car (as it only takes around 3 mins) to prevent flattening the battery.

We don’t recommend charging from single car battery unless the car was running. This is to ensure you don’t drain your battery which is responsible for starting your car – we’d hate to see you stranded!

We don’t know the draw of the Lukern Lantern, but it takes 5 hours to charge it fully – so we would only recommend charging this lantern when driving your car to prevent flattening your battery. 

It may be best to check battery expert or mechanic to make sure you’re being safe, as battery condition will vary.
