Darche’s KOZI Series Outback Swag 1100 gives you plenty of room and is perfect for keeping your setup simple when exploring the Aussie bush.
The KOZI Outback features a trapezoidal pole design to create near-vertical walls that give you a max. head height of 780mm. The 22/24mm trigger lock ridge pole provides additional support and stability, and you’ll be super comfortable with cross ventilation options all around. There are multiple entrances with easy access from the front and sides. The mattress is a 50mm high-density foam, and if you prefer to sleep with the Ripstop polycotton canvas open, then the 140gsm super-fine insect mesh will keep the bugs away.
With the space of a small tent, the KOZI Series Outback Swag 1100 from Darche is a perfect entry-level shelter for touring.

Canvas bag1 answer
Hey guys, just wanting to know does the bag come with the swag? Also once packed is it a tight fit or is there plenty of room left in the bag?
Mick - Newcastle East, NSW(3 years ago)
G'day Mick,
No, this Outback 1100 does not come with a bag. It's a traditional swag that rolls up and stays protected by the heavy-duty flooring material being on the outside.

waterproof1 answer
Is this 320 GSM Swag waterproof?
Manny - Burdell(3 years ago)
G'day Manny,
Canvas is naturally waterproof, it has a waterhead rating of 800mm which is fairly low, however this is fairly consistent across most canvas swags.

Is it freestanding?1 answer
Is this swag able to be set up as free-standing, or does it rely on the ropes to maintain its upright structure?
Phil - Conder(3 years ago)
G'day Phil,
Not quite, the main body section of the swag will be pretty stable due to the ridge pole, but the foot end will need to have its guy rop pegged out to keep the structure. Hope that helps!
