Unfortunately not.  As it's made of a heavy duty PVC material, it's difficult to pack this bag down to any sort of compact size.
The only duffle bags in our range that would be suitable really are the Black Wolf Dufflepacks.  I have a few of these & they're great, but they are a simple bag option.  They don't have additional straps/backpack straps & waterproof material.  
I would depend on what features you're looking for, and how important compact packability is.
