Is this compatible with earlier kid comfort models such as the kid Comfort II?

G'day Joey,
This wouldn't be compatible with the earlier models of Kid Comfort packs such as the Kid Comfort 2 as they don't have clips on the bag for the sunroof to attach to.
This is suitable for the Kid Comfort Active, Kid Comfort Active SL and Kid Comfort which are the newer models of the child carriers.
