This 3-season design features an inner first construction for better wind stability and to make it easier to set up. With enough room for two people, you can access the tent through the single entrance and stash your wet or dirty gear in the vestibule away from the clean interior. The pole design gives you more headroom, while the ground ventilation at the side is easily adjustable so you can control the air flow. Manufactured using eco-friendly processes such as green anodising of the poles, PVC-free production processes and a water-repellent eco-friendly finish that allows water to bead on the surface without the need for harmful PFCs.

G'day Kat,
No, it doesn't. Vaude have a huge commitment to both environmental and human health, and sustainability. Prior to 2017 they had a huge company 'detox' and overhaul of all their processes. You can find more info on their website, but they have the following statement: "VAUDE tent components are not treated with flame-retardant substances, as these are harmful to both humans and to the planet."

G'day Aaron,
Technically yes, this tent can be set up without pegging out, however, there are some little design quirks that mean at least a couple of pegs gets the most out of your tent. At the bottom or foot end corners there are two short poles (about a foot long) built into the tent inner to help give more shape in that bottom half of the tent. These flop in slightly if they are not pegged out. To get a better idea of this, check out Vaudes set up video here.
