Can I get my order delivered to a PO box or parcel locker?
Yes you can, if you select Australia Post in the checkout. However, please know that Australia Post will only be available for smaller/lighter orders.
How much does delivery cost?
We're proud to offer FREE rocket-fast delivery to most parts of Australia on orders over $69! However, this doesn't apply to all postcodes. Remote addresses can incur a small cost, a cost in which we've subsidised and the estimated delivery time will take a few extra days.

I'm looking to order a large quantity of products, can you offer a better price?
Without knowing what you'd like, it's hard to say... but if you jump onto our Business Sales page, we'll be able to provide a quote - plus answer any questions you might have.
Where do you ship your orders from?
We send all orders from our warehouse in Melrose Park, SA - just outside of the Adelaide CBD. We also have two stores (Keswick, SA & Brendale, QLD) which offer click & collect too.
What couriers do you use for your Fast Delivery service?
We’ve partnered with a whole bunch – but Toll & Australia Post are the most used. We’ll choose the best option based on your postcode and parcel size while considering any service delays/disruptions for the fastest delivery.
Heads up though, we’re unable to accept PO Box, Locker or AusPost Suite for our Fast delivery service – that’s only available when using our Australia Post delivery service.

The least we can do is reward you with price matching.
Just a heads up, we’ve got some conditions:
- The competitor needs to be an Australian store or website, with Australian currency and shipping from an Australian address.
- The item is identical, in stock & brand new in the box.
