Yes, this will fit any Coleman tent in there and you will even have some extra room.

Yes, but be aware there will be loads of room.
This is a one size fits all bag designed for use with any Coleman Tent...so smaller 2-6P tents will have alot more space in the bag then larger family tents.
This can be ideal if you have other items you want to keep dry, like self inflating mattresses or sleeping bags, etc

Coleman claim that this bag is 100% waterproof, so cant see any reason why that would be a problem.
No camping gear is designed to be permanently set up/exposed to the elements, so if you are talking about literally all day everyday - eg for a full year if you're doing a lap of Oz, then I'm assuming the bag would eventually deteriorate with UV exposure, etc...couldnt tell you how long you'd get out of it though.
If you are just talking about going away on long trips of a few weeks every now and then, I think you'd be fine.

If long-term is solid everyday use, I'd probably be looking at a UV-rated roof bag designed to stay on your roof racks permanently, or possibly even a Heavy Duty plastic storage crate.

Yes, Coleman has advised that the Event 14 will fit into their heavy-duty tent storage bag.
We've had a quick check on our end as well, and judging by the dimensions there won't be any issue!

Looking at the dimensions you shouldn't have any issues using this bag with your Lumos 12P tent.
