A good ol' Aussie bush salute to all caravanners, motorhomers and truckers - the Heavy Duty Staun Tyre Deflators 15-55 psi is for the big, beefy vehicles going off-road.
This pack of 100% brass beauties is suitable for vehicles over 4-tonne. They feature an extra exhaust hole, come preset at a pressure of 35 psi, and are accurate to within 0.25 psi. The cap can be adjusted at 4 psi per half-turn or 8 psi per full turn, as well as automatically started while 20 psi above its preset pressure. When manually lifting the piston, the deflator can start at 2 psi above the preset.
Finger grip grooves make for easy handling, and the lock ring can be tightened by hand - so no tools are needed. With 4 in the pack, achieve multiple tyres deflating at the same time simply by screwing onto the valve stem of each.
Initially designed for the light to heavy trucking industry, the 4-pack of Staun Tyre Deflators Heavy Duty 15-50 psi takes you from the tractor on your mate's farm - to the RV of your dreams!

I’ve got a 4Motion VW Campervan and run AT tyres at 50psi on road. Travelling on corrugation I’d be looking at 35psi so these seem perfect. Work on a standard tyre/vehicle?

G'day Jason,
Yeah, these would be ideal. Ultimately even if you want to go with a lower PSI the spring valves in the Heavy Duty set will be the better option given your tyres original PSI. I'd probably recommend doing abit more research on the corrugation PSI for your van, we have some Multivan owners here at Snowys, and we run a similar tyre on our Sprinter, and ideally you'd be wanting a 25-30psi for off road, depending on how sandy it is. Either way, these are preset to 35psi, so see how you go!
