Aussie-born Hardcore Carnivore creator Jess Pryles was seasoned for success in Austin, Texas, where she now lives and thrives as a live-fire cook, author, and meat maestro.

From her modest experimentation with spices to boasting a substantial fan base, Jess began by perfecting the coarse, cracked pepper punch of her Black seasoning, before introducing the spicy smack of paprika in Red and the ultimate savoury shaker for the flavour-cravers, Camo.
