No they won't - this cap tap is compatible with the universal 63mm jerry can thread, the Willow & Scepter receptacles are 42mm.
I haven't seen a cap tap for 42mm before, but I'm sure google will have something!

I don't think it's the solution, assuming I've understood you correctly.
I would personally just grab a spare jerry can cap, and bore a hole to match the diameter of the hose you're using to connect your pump tap - keep the original cap to pop on when you're going to be traveling on dirt or rough roads

Unfortunately we're not able to verify this for you as we don't have a way to physically check this. Based on the images I can see of the Scepter Jerry Cans, the caps have a much smaller diameter than these Jerry Can & Tap Combos.

Thanks for your enquiry. Yes, the Makin Tracks H20 Jerry Can Cap & Tap Combo is compatible with the MB Agencies 20L Jerry Can.

We know for certain that it fits the wide variety of jerry cans we have a Snowys, but wether or not it will fit yours I cant say 100% without trying it out.  To give you an idea, the caps will fit a spouts around 15mm tall, 58mm wide (including thread), a have a gap of around 4mm between the thread peaks.  Hope that helps.

Yep, it does.  This tap has an inbuilt breather so it lets the air back into the drum as the liquid drains out. It saves you having to open the bung at the bottom.
