G'day Shane,

As far as we're aware you're not able to connect the Joolca Hottap to the disposable 425g propane cylinders so there is no hose available. Your best bet would be to give Joolca a buzz and see if they can recommend anything, but I'm fairly certain that the AGA regulation doesn't allow for that.
