Fresh produce can be hard to come by when you’re on a cross-country adventure, which is why Campers Pantry have made it easy to get your hit of green beans on the road with the next best thing – freeze-dried produce.
Campers Pantry have made taking vegetables with you on your adventure so easy, with their snap dried range of Australian grown produce that weighs 90% less than fresh food. They’re also blanched before they're freeze-dried, so half the work is already done for you.
You can either add the veggies to your meal - stirring them through, adding water if necessary until cooked, or you add them to boiling water for 2 minutes and they’ll be ready to eat.

Freeze dried beans1 answer
If I purchase a pack of freeze dried beans or any other single veg. can I use enough for 1 serve and reseal for the next day or a few days later without deterioration of the vegetable
Barbara Carter - Dorrigo(5 years ago)
G'day Barbara,
The Freeze Dried Beans have a resealable top so yes you can use part of the packet one day, and the rest of it a few days later. We wouldn't recommend leaving it for longer than 4-5 days though.
