The Foxwing provides 10 square metres of coverage which provides shade for the rear and side of your vehicle in just seconds. The awning has a solid aluminium frame, and the material is the same ripstop poly-cotton canvas used in the Oztent RV tents, which makes it waterproof, mould resistant and UV protected. The Foxwing attaches to most roof rack cross bars, and mounting kits are available separately for the others.
It’s also got a patented hinge system, which makes it a breeze for one person to set it up. Each side of the awning has zips which means you can attach separate accessories to extend the awning and connect it to your other compatible Oztent gear. What is the new bag offer?1 answer
I just purchased the foxwing awning and noticed the question from another customer re a new bag offer. Just wondering what this relates to?

Hi Gary,
Oztent had an offer running late last year (2018) where they were giving away an upgraded bag with the Foxwing Awning. We were advertising this on our website but the offer finished in November 2018. The bag will be available again in the near future but we don't currently have any pricing information on this. To be honest we're not entirely sure what the motivation behind the giveaway is mate. But it is a nicer bag, better looking, more durable with more space than the standard one.

Hi The new bag will fit all poles, pegs and guy ropes. The bag is larger.

Hi Jack,
Oztent were offering the new bag with Foxwing Awnings purchased late last year (2018) and we were advertising this on the home page of our website at the time, hence the customer questions. This promo ended in November though.
You can purchase the new bag separately, but Oztent is out of these at the moment. It's basically a slightly larger bag that will fit all poles, pegs etc, much like the bag for the upgraded Foxwing 270 Awning - https://www.snowys.com.au/foxwing-270-awning.
