We don't currently have stock of the Mini Cookset so I'm unable to try it out, however the cutlery it 11cm high when folded and the MSR Mini Cookset is 10.3cm in diameter and 13cm high. The height would be ok except the gas canister - as shown in the picture above, will take up a lot of room. If you were to leave the canister out then the cutlery should fit standing upright.

Food grade nylon is generally pretty heat resistant and can tolerate temperatures of around 150-200'C. I think you should be fine to use it while cooking in your jetboil. I have a set that I use with my hiking stove and haven't had any problems.
