Stay connected to fresh water with the Companion Flat Drinking Water Hose with Reel.
This neat and compact design ensures ease of storage after hydration. To extend this hose, simply connect it to a water source, keep hold of the reel, and walk away!
Owing to the flat shape of the hose, any excess water that may still be inside is squeezed out when winding back in with the reel for compact packing - ensuring drip and leak-free storage.
The Companion Flat Drinking Water Hose with Reel is sure to keep your water worries at bay.

Hi is there a compatible storage bag? Just want to protect hose as the reel will get pushed into and pulled out of a fairly narrow space so want to avoid damage. Thanks
G'day Ian,
This hose will need a bag at least 44cm in diameter to accommodate the handle of the hosereel.
The only option we have in our range is the Supex bag in the Large size, but it will be a bit of a wriggle to get the whole unit in.
Hi, how many KPA of water pressure is this rated to?
G'day Steve,
This hose is rated for mains pressure, so up to or around 500kPa.
Hope that helps.
Are these hoses compatible with hoselink connections. We've had hose blow off with new hose connections so swapped out to hoselink. Also, we have found on occasions 10m hose is not long enough at some campsites. Is or will there a long hose for purchase. Also, can you easily connect a water filter to the hose?
G'day Pacita,
We don't sell Hoselink, so we can't confirm either way. What we can say is that standard hose fittings are not suitable. The physical hose itself is molded flat, so fittings designed for round hoses won't connect. The actual existing fitting that comes fixed to the hose will connect to male tap connections, etc but you can't use standard fittings to attach to the physical hose tubing itself.
Are the Flat Hose Fittings able to be replaced if necessary & if so are they available to Buy?
G'day John,
They potentially can be through Companion directly, but they arent standard hose fittings.
If had a good muck around with them and they seem pretty solid/durable, so I don't think you'd have any issue with them deteriorating through general everyday use.
