Extra poles in bag1 answer
If you buy the extra two poles would they fit in the bag. ie would four poles and the shade fit in the bag?
Warren - North Sydney Shoppingworld, NSW (2 years ago)
G'day Warren,
I've just tried this out in-store, and it seems like a bit of a stretch at first, but 4 poles will fit in the bag. Hope that helps.

Sun protection when stretched1 answer
Hi, is this shelter rated UPF50 when the fabric is stretched or is the rating for un-stretched fabric?
Joe - Port Me(2 years ago)
G'day Joe,
The information hasn't been supplied by the manufacturer I'm sorry. I have had a chat to a few of the team here at Snowys who use this shelter, one of them in particular is really prone to sunburn, and they've all said they have never experienced getting burnt. A few of them made a point to mention they don't frequently use sunscreen either. Hopefully that helps your query in some way.

Are ropes adjustable?1 answer
Is it possible to shorten the ropes on sand bags to reduce the footprint of the shade?
Sc - Perth, WA(3 years ago)
G'day,
I've just had a quick check with one of my colleagues who owns this shelter. He said the ropes are not adjustable, but they're just tied on & easily can be untied and retied to a shorter length if required. Hope that helps.

Size1 answer
Hi, are the measurements (230 x 230) the stretched or unstretched measurements please?
Talei - Halls Head(4 years ago)
G'day Talei,
The unstretched fabric is 2.3m x 2.3m, so depending on how you set it up you'll get different amounts of overall shade.

Rain use?1 answer
Hi, Id like to use this over our stretcher tents as a rain/shade fly. Would this be suitable please? Thanks.
Micheal - Doonan(6 years ago)
G'day Michael,
Sorry mate but these are just a shade shelter as the fabric isn't waterproof at all. You could look at something like the Oztrail Hiker Fly if you need to keep the rain off, just keep in mind you'll need to grab poles as well.

Extra poles3 answers
In one of the photos it is set up with 4 poles. I know only 2 are sold with the shelter. Do you sell suitable poles to go with this?
Siobhan - Brisbane(6 years ago)
G'day Siobhan,
We don't sell the poles that the Fiesta Sun Shelter is supplied with as a separate item, but if you like we could try to chase some up for you. They're pretty neat as they pack down a lot shorter than all the alternatives we sell. Send us an email at service@snowys.com.au or give us a call on 1300 914 007 if you'd like us to look into it for you.
