Does this tent have internal solid material windows? And if so, are they zipper or velcro closure?
G'day Jo,
The window covers on the Fast Frame 3.0 Gazebo Tent are external, they zip down on either side and secure with a small velcro piece below the centre of the window.
Could you potentially set this up underneath the gazebo in heavier weather? I'm a bit hesitant given the portico style ones are known to leak and Thi she is similar material (albeit a better looking design).
G'day Richard,
These Fast Frame Tents are designed to connect to the side of a gazebo, however, you could pop it under you gazebo on the highest height setting if you were concerned about wet weather.
Twist my arm to but one for my dune 4x4 gazebo
G'day Aaron,
Sorry, I'm not 100% sure what you're asking on this one. The Fast Frame 3.0 Gazebo Tent has a double D shaped front door with mesh and solid material. They don't currently make it with a darkroom style fabric. As for fitting a Dune gazebo, it's hard to know, as they've been designed by Oztrail to fit Oztrail gazebos.
Is this as waterproof as the other oztrail fast frame tents? Or on par with the oztrail portico?
G'day Louise,
The Fast Frame Gazebo Tent is more on par with the Portico, as from the info provided by OZtrail they appear to have the same if not very similar fabric (190T fabric). I hope this helps, Louise!
I already have a decent Wanderer 3x3 gazebo which appears very similar to the oztrail gazebo. Would this tent be compatible with my current 3x3 gazebo or are there features specific to the Oztrail design?
G'day Jarrod,
It's possible that the Fast Frame 3.0 Gazebo Tent will work with your Wandered Gazebo however it's hard to say as it's not something we can test out for ourselves. It attaches to the Oztrail Gazebo frame with small hooks in the top corners, and clips around the frame, then velcro tabs down the poles. So we'd say even if it wasn't a perfect fit there's likely a fairly easy way to make it fit, as long as the size and height line up.
