Just because you like camping with your family, doesn’t mean you want to spend 24/7 in a tiny cramped tent with them. With a private rear bedroom and a front screened living area that’ll mimic the spaciousness of home, you can’t go past the Family 6 Dome Tent from OZtrail.

With enough space for 6 adults, you’ll have plenty of space to pack this tent out, or you can enjoy the extra room at a lower capacity. The height of this tent allows you to stand up, so you and the whole family can wander in and out comfortably whenever you please throughout the trip. You can get some shelter out of this tent, as the awnings can be pegged out to give you some shade which is perfect when you just want to relax in the sunshine without getting burnt.

You can adjust the inner tent to reflect any seasonal conditions. In colder weather you can leave the polyester panels zipped up, or on balmier days you can open them up as the No-See-Um mesh will allow fresh air to circulate. Similarly, the fly will keep you dry in the rain as it has heat taped seams, and the UVtex treatment will protect from the harsh sun while also making the fabric completely waterproof.

Does the internal door have both a screen door AND an opaque door? Specifically, how many fly sheet side panels can be rolled up to the roof?

We're currently out of stock of the Oztrail Family 6 Dome Tent, so I couldn't have a look for you. I gave Oztrail a buzz and their tent expert wasn't in today. He's back in tomorrow, so I'll give them a call them and get back to you with an answer.

Sorry that it's taken me a couple of days to get back to you, I've been playing phone tag with the bloke from Oztrail. He confirmed for me that the inner door on the Oztrail Family 6 Dome Tent is both mesh and a solid door. Also, just the two front side panels and the front panel can be rolled up to the roof. The back ones can't be.
