Hi - Are the Dome Extension and the roasting rack separate pieces that can be used individually.

Yes, you can use the dome extension without the roasting stand if you need the extra height but aren't cooking a chicken upright. The roasting stand is inserted into the grill grid so can be used with the standard lid if you were using it to prop up something like ribs or shanks on the ends.

Hi. My parents have an older Cobb that has a lower height lid than the Premier model. I am wondering whether this extension would fit their Cobb?

G'day Louise,
I've had a chat with Cobb Australia (1300 880 685) and they have advised that it should fit but they can't guarantee it. There are some slight changes to the newer models which may affect the way the current accessories fit.
