I'm wondering if you can tell me if the diameter measurement for this bag (38cm) is for before or after the top has been rolled for waterproofing? (i.e. after rolling the top is the bag width 38 cm or has it been reduced?) ... Also, can we choose which colour when purchasing online? Thank you.

The 38cm diameter we've got listed for the Caribee Expedition Wet Roll Bag 120L is after it's been rolled. Obviously, this might change a little depending on how much you roll it and how full it is but it's a pretty good indicator of where you'll sit when it's in use.

Hi, The 'Black' 120L version comes with 2 padded shoulder straps. Kind of back pack style. And the 'Red' 120L version doesn't. Is this correct? Thank you very much. Regards

Hi Tim, Unfortunately I don't see any easy way to lock this bag, as it rolls closed on top and then secures on the sides with buckles which cinch tight to hold it all in place. The Black Wolf Overall Pack Protector could be used on the 80L Expedition Wet Roll bag to cover the whole bag and lock through the zips. Unfortunately the pack protector only works for bags 65-90L capacity. It might be best to choose a different bag for your purposes. If you cable tie the buckles together, it's as strong as a padlock but more useful in that you can easily detect if someone has broken in. Bit of a pain, so I only do it for the airport legs: anywhere else, a felon is less unlikely to exist and more likely to take the whole bag if they do!
