More head space than others, the new Outdoor Connection Escape 6 Plus Dome Tent now features an inner ceiling that extends all the way to the vestibule pole while maintaining all the practical features and durable materials that make Outdoor Connection tents a smart long-term investment.
Durable 100 denier polyester fly fabric is UV-Protek treated for resistance to UV degradation and features a 2000mm water head. No-See-Um mesh is used in all windows and vents, and buddies up against a solid polyester panel on the internal double ‘D doors”.
Optimal ventilation is achieved through two entrances, side windows, and Ventraflow panels along the bottom of the fly. Internally, ventilation can be controlled with ‘Zip Up’ privacy flaps over the Ventraflow panels, while eyelets in the exterior front door enable it to be pegged out as an awning with the included poles.

Can this tent be set up by one person alone?1 answer
Are there any videos or instructions available online that explain how to set it up?
Andrew - Launceston(8 years ago)
G'day Andrew,
I've just had a chat with Outdoor Connection, and they've said one person can definitely set this tent up. They've also forwarded the instructions on, so I've attached those to the product page just below the specs. If you have any other questions, then please let us know!

How does the fly attach to the inner frame?1 answer
Does the fly clip onto the poles or does it tie on?
W & J - , (8 years ago)
Hi W & J, the fly attaches to the poles with velcro loops. I hope this helps, cheers.

What is the size of this with the vestibule? The description only states the room size. Also, do you have a suitable ground sheet/footprint for this tent?2 answers
Jozlyn - DIMBOOLA, VIC(9 years ago)
I'm sorry Jozlyn, but unfortunately we don't have the exact outer dimensions of this tent. Leave it with us and we'll get back to you on Monday with an answer.
There is no groundsheet that is made specifically for this tent, but we've got a good selection of tarps that you can use. If you want something to extend to the vestibule area, then the Oztrail Ultramesh would be your best option, you don't want a solid tarp as the water will pool.

G'day Jozlyn - Further to Lisa's answer, the vestibule dimensions. According to Outdoor Connection it's about 1.2m deep. We have an Escape 4 Plus set up in the store, it's about 1.3m deep. Is that going to be enough to work with? Cheers, Paul
