How to drink from it?1 answer
Am I the only one whose child struggles to drink from this? Not sure if it’s a faulty bottle or the design???

G'day Nat,
We've had a few mixed reviews on these bottles! Most customers have loved them and reported that they are the best non-spill water bottle they've ever had for their kid/s but there are some who have had trouble. We've found that it's mostly the valve that causes the trouble in these instances, usually after a fair bit of rough'n'tumble. Due to the non-spill design, they do require a fairly strong suck which can be difficult for younger children but if you were interested in exploring changing out the valve, we do sell replacements.
Alternatively, you are welcome to shoot us through an email ( service@snowys.com.au ) and we can troubleshoot it further.
Cheers :)

What is the plastic number?

G'day Ellen,
My research on this hasn't come up with anything concrete but I've been given the details of the GM for Camelbak in Australia. I've reached out to him and I'm just waiting for a response. As soon as I know, I'll let you know. I do know that the Kids Eddy Bottles are BPA and BPS free but there's nothing printed on them at all about their PET number.
