That's an excellent question, but not one we can answer exactly I'm sorry!
This cupboard is currently an online only item, so it's boxed and ready for freight at our warehouse, & we don't have any of these units on display.
We can say that the difference between the lowest and highest extension setting on the legs is 28cm, and the fabric cupboard sits about 5cm off the ground at the lowest point.
Based on that you'd have around 33cm of space under the cupboard for storing any other gear.

When you say 'shelf' I've assumed you are referring to the fabic cupboard under the table?
If this is correct the answer is no, the fabric cupboard is fixed to the table and frame.

Any camp furniture, regardless of its materials, should not be left out in the rain or harsh elements.
An occasional or once-off situation will be absolutely fine, remembering to ensure it's completely dry before packing away.
It best practice to bring in or shelter any camp gear wherever possible if poor weather is expected.

These are pretty new so we've not had a chance yo give it a rigorous test just yet, but based on the design and giving it a bit of a wobble they seem to be more stable than the comparative Oztrail product.

Yes, the bamboo table top can support 30kg and is naturally heat resistant. As always, we'd suggest monitoring your stove to ensure it doesn't get too hot and accidentally damage the table top.
