No need for a stove, with the Cecil & Co Easy Boil Billy you can make a cup of tea with a firefighter, or a few twigs and a match.
A funnel situated in the middle of the billy combined with the galvanised base facilitate a small fire that delivers heat over a large surface area.
The end result... less time waiting around for your tea or coffee.

I remember being around REAL bushmen in the late 1970's. They use to spin their billy in circles not long after it boiled when making gum leaf tea (to mix the tea). Although we didn't have to ask this question back then, but will the bail and its supports on this billy hold up?
G'day Mark,
The Cecil & Co Easy Boil Billy Teapot has been discontinued, so, unfortunately, I'm not able to test out the strength for you.
Hi John, with the Cecil & Co Easy Boil Billy Teapot we would recommend pushing the handle to the side when boiling water - as the heat comes from up from the middle. You may want to keep a tea towel handy just in case it does get a little too warm, but the handle shouldn’t burn your hand if you exercise caution and use the billy properly.
