The best way to determine the size/length you'll need is to stand with your elbows bent at 90 degrees and get someone to measure from your hand to the ground, this measurement should fall within the size lengths of the pole. I would guess you'll need 95 - 110cm based on your height, but it's best to measure and check.

I've double checked with our travel experts on this one for you. They recommend you go with the 105-125cm size. This size tends to be the most commonly sold for your height range and can be adjusted to the length that best suits you.

No, we don't, I'm sorry to say. The original batch of the Black Diamond Distance Carbon FLZ Trekking Poles that we received was an error. We've kept them to sell but we're not going to restock or get any other sizes of them.
