Stretch out in your outback hangout, with the Dirty Dee 1100 Swag CP by Darche.
Assembled with composite poles for greater flexibility and superior tensile strength across the span, the PVC bucket floor is also that kick-butt butler beneath your feet, resisting the outdoor rough and tumble from the ground up. Owing to the clever, trigger-locking ridge pole system, this tent stands proud and upright, boasting as much room as a small tent. Welcome sun-melted mornings or drift into a sleepy stargaze by unzipping the fly to the vast, fine mesh windows.
From rainy days to sunny haze, internal seam sealing aids in wet conditions while ventilation across six points provides cooling comfort and relief from claggy heat. A 70-millimetre high-density foam mattress offers enough support without additional padding, comfortably cradling the heavy sleepers and the big dreamers.
The Darche Dirty Dee 1100 Swag CP is for the swashbucklers who seek rugged durability only dreamed about.

I was wondering whether the Dirty Dee or Dusk to Dawn would be better suited to use in the Snowy Mountains in winter. I was thinking of places like Island Bend near Perisher and Thredbo diggings. Mainly thinking about the odd storm with lots of wind. Love the podcast!!

G'day Michael,
Yes, you can use the Darche Swags over winter up in the Snowy Mountains, however, you'll possibly experience some condensation due to the temperature differential from the inside to the outside of the swag. You have a little more flexibility in terms of venting with the Dirty Dee model, and a little more stability in the wind due to the extra middle pole. You should be fine, but as always peg it in well, and keep an eye on the forecast!

stretcher size1 answer
i have the oztrail jumbo easy fold stretcher woud this swag work on it?
andrew - Upper Hutt, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Andrew,
The Oztrail Jumbo Stretcher is only 90cm wide, so its best suited to 90cm wide swags. Ideally, you'd be looking at stretchers with around a 1m width. The Darche and 23Zero 100 stretchers, or the Oztent RS1 stretcher would be your best bet.

Compression straps1 answer
Hey guys does the darche 1100 dirty dee come with compression straps to roll it up and pack it away?
Jason - Cameron Park, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Jason,
Yep, absolutely. I'm not aware of any swags these days without them. Hope that helps!

CP?1 answer
What does the CP mean in the title please ?
Marilyn - Marrawah, TAS(2 years ago)
G'day Marilyn,
It means "Composite Pole" which is the new poles Darche make in the most up to date version of their swags. They're stronger and less likely to fail.

Stretcher for Darche dirty Dee 11001 answer
Is there a stretcher that will accomodate the 110 cm width? All single stretchers I have seen are only 100 cm width and I would prefer not to go to double/ queen
