Coleman deluxe mesh low chair is this made in Australia
Joanne - Heathridge (4 years ago)
G'day Joanne,
Coleman manufactures most of their products in China, and at this stage doesn't manufacture in Australia at all.

Any other colours?1 answer
Coleman deluxe event chairs
Cassie - Winthrop(5 years ago)
G'day Cassie,
The Deluxe Mesh Event chair just comes in the grey colour pictured, however the Deluxe Mesh Beach Chair has some similarities so it may suit your colour pallet more if you're after a summer chair.

What is the weight limit for this chair?1 answer
Can you please advise of the weight limit for this chair. Thanks
Ally - South Brighton SA(6 years ago)
G'day Ally,
There's nothing stamped on the Coleman Deluxe Mesh Event Chair anywhere to show a weight limit. I've found on the internet that some people are claiming it to be 102kg but I couldn't verify this with Coleman at all.

Oztrail festival chair vs Coleman deluxe mesh chairs 1 answer
Hi, any chance a Snowy’s staff member could sit in both chairs and tell me which has the highest back support? I’m looking for a bit of head support if possible (I’m 165cm). I’ve checked out the dimensions but figure if the Coleman deluxe mesh seat has more give and is deeper, then the back will be higher (although the arm rests look higher?). I have Oztrail camp chairs and the seats are fairly flat and firm.. which means you’d sit up higher.. regardless of chair back height. So many variables.. :) Cheers!
Jo - Mekbourne(7 years ago)
G'day Jo,
I've just sat in both chairs for you. Being a 183cm bloke, I'm a fair bit taller than you but found that both chairs came up to the bottom third of my shoulder blades. The Coleman Deluxe Mesh Event Chair sat about 1-2cm higher on my back than the Oztrail option but they were very similar in back support height.

Would these be ok in the water? 1 answer
Hi
Obviously the mesh section will be ok but can't tell if some parts are padded? Thinking for in creeks, shore lines.
Thanks
Prue - Seacliff(7 years ago)
G'day Prue,
I can't see why there would be an issue sitting the Coleman Deluxe Mesh Event Chair in water. There is a little bit of padding through the arms and seat itself, but it's minimal.
My recommendation would be to ensure that you give them a good rinse with freshwater after each occasion and ensure they're completely dry before storage to ensure the metal components don't rust.

Does this come with a wine glass holder?1 answer
Tanya - BELLINGEN, NSW(9 years ago)
Not this chair sorry Tanya, the Oztrail Festival Arm Chair (product code 42239) does, the only sacrifice being that the Oztrail chair does not have the mesh featured in this Coleman model.

What is the height in inches of the bottom of legs to seat.1 answer
Al - slc, Ut(9 years ago)
Hi Al, it's about 20cm, or just under 8 inches from the ground to seat. The fabric does sag which means it may be less than this in spots depending on your weight.

what does it look like when folded up?1 answer
just want to know how easily it is to carry 2 or 3 by one person?
patrick - WILLOUGHBY, NSW(10 years ago)
Hi Patrick, the pack size is 68L x 12W x 20D cm, and the bag has a strap with a drop height of about 20cm. In terms of weight and size, 2-3 of these chairs would be quite manageable. You may find it difficult to fit all three over one shoulder, but at 2.9kg you can have one over your shoulder and one in each hand.
