Possibly the lightest insulated mug you’ll find, the Sea to Summit Delta InsulMug is a Delta Mug wrapped in an insulating PU sleeve and topped off with a sipper lid, now you can have your coffee whilst tackling tough terrain.
Made with tough Nylon 66 material and insulated with non-water absorbing Poly Urethane, the Delta InsulMug also has a leak-proof lid that features a sipping port… could also be handy for avoiding coffee stains on the morning train commute!
Featuring a Protex™ base that makes handling hot drinks comfortably, the Sea to Summit Delta InsulMug is about as simple yet ultimately functional as it gets for insulated mugs and is at home in the campsite as it is on the trail or in the office.

I love this mug, however when removing the sleeve to clean it part of it ripped. Still works ok, but I’d like to buy a replacement sleeve, can you buy one seperate to the mug?
G'day Rebecca,
That would be a question for Sea to Summit directly, unfortunately we don't carry a very big range of parts, so some supplies are happy to help out with these sorts of inquiries.
Even though its not technically a warranty, the warranty team there do deal with spare parts inquires, so submitting a Claom may be the quickest resolution.
Hope that helps!

What is the safe hot temperature limit?
G'day Tammie,
The Delta Insulated Mug can handle boiling water so anything around the 100'C mark will be fine.
If I were to use it for coffee, would it fit a single small shot cappuccino coffee or fit a 2 shot medium cappuccino coffee size? I need one desperately in my car at 4:30am
G'day Pina,
The Sea to Summit Delta Insulated Mug can hold about 473ml, so I would say that you'd have no worries at using it for a medium cappuccino.
Hi, just wondering if this will fit in a regular camp chair cup holder. I find I can't fit a beer with a stubby cooler on it, so just wondering?
G'day Jodi,
I've just given this a quick whirl for you and the Sea to Summit Delta Insulated Mug didn't fit in most of the cup holders on out chairs. There were one or two that it did fit into but I would suggest that if your chair has a "regular" cup holder, then it would probably be a little small.
G'day Jodi,
Of course, you can! It fit inside the Explore Planet Earth Lightning Chair.
Hi there, Can the sipper lid be closed? And does the lid screw onto the cup? If not, is it reliable/leak proof? Thanks very much
G'day Whitney,
I’ve just had a look at the Delta Insulated Mug in store, and the sipper on the lid of the Sea to Summit Delta Mug can't be closed off, and to fit the lid on - you just push down on it.
The seal of the lid is drip proof, but as it’s got a sipper on it, you’re not going to be able to seal this mug off completely. As far as we understand it, the lid is mostly to keep the beverage warm, but if you’re after something completely sealable then the Camelbak Forge is a good option.
Hi. Does this mug have measuring units on the inside?
G'day Craig,Â
It sure does, the Sea to Summit Delta Insulated Mug has a marking every 100mls on the interior of the mug, as well as the ounce equivalent.Â
