If you don't have the storage space for a bulky 2 burner stove, but don't want to resign to using an ultra-compact hike style stove, then the Compact 2 Burner Stove from Coleman may be the outdoor cooking solution you're looking for.
Packing 7000 BTU from each of its 2 burners, this compact stove measures a meagre 43 cm in length and only 8.5 in height which means you've got the cooking power of a large camp stove with a pack size that any vehicle boot, storage box or drawer will accommodate.
The 2 Burner Compact stove comes with a regulator to suit the disposable Coleman Propane canisters, but with the addition of a suitable hose, you can use a large LPG gas bottle fuel your cooking appliance.
Incorporating Coleman's Perfect Flow technology, the Compact 2 Burner Stove ensures a safe and fully adjustable flame, whilst the removable lid means you can fit pots of all sizes.

Locking lid?1 answer
Does the lid lock down when not in use - cant seem to find any images of latches. Aldo, do the flames go out easily in slightly windy conditions with no side panels?

G'day Simon,
I've just double checked the Coleman Compact 2 Burner Stove that we've got on display and, no, there aren't any latches to hold it closed. As for the wind issue. The stove certainly won't hold it's flame as well as one with side panels but it would still need some serious wind to put the flame out.
